2006 to date

Built, scaled and trade sold to a FTSE 250 acquirer.

I founded Marketing Source in 2006 and built it, without external investment, into the UK's largest privately-owned consumer data company. The business reached eight-figure EBITDA before its sale to FTSE 250-listed Equiniti plc in 2017. After the trade sale I served as Chief Data Officer of Equiniti plc while leading the acquired business through integration, doubling it within two years.

Today I lead and back companies spanning finance, AI and security, and work with founders, boards and investors on strategy, transactions and technology. I studied algorithmic trading at the University of Oxford under Professor Nir Vulkan.
